A “Ribbeting” Good Time at Cub Camp: June 2022

In June the Cubs went to Polyapes Campsite in Cobham for our Summer Cub Camp. We were lucky enough to “camp” in cabins which made an exciting change from our usual tents. We spent our days playing team games, exploring a caving system in a coach and hiking through nature – where we discovered (and held) tiny frogs! By night we enjoyed more games, singing songs and roasting marshmallows around the campfire. The cubs enjoyed being in nature whilst enjoying quality time with each other.

As an added bonus, our new Cub Leader “Bagheera” was invested by our GSL Steve. Bagheera says he’s “honoured to have the amazing opportunity to be a Leader and to help shape and develop the youth of Earlswood. But also have lots of fun!”
