Skills for Life

Founded in 1908, Earlswood 2nd Reigate Scout Group are one of the oldest Scout Group’s in the country. We are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers.

Welcome to Earlswood 2nd Reigate Scout Group

We are a thriving, inclusive Scout Group based in Earlswood, Surrey. Every week around 100 young people aged 6 – 18 join us to experience every day adventures and learn #SkillsForLife.

We go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling and canoeing. But we also get to hang out with our friends every week – having fun, playing games, working in a team and taking on new challenges.

Home of the Earlswood Carnival, our Scout Group plays an important part of Earlswood life. We are proud of our little corner of the world and we aim to have a positive and practical impact on our local community.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
